New for 2023! As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to do direct sales to MJBizCon attendees. Want to sell your latest vape pen? How about your brand’s apparel? Rolling papers and grinders? You can sell them wholesale or direct to consumer!

Here’s how it works…

Step 1: Complete the application ASAP so you can reap the full benefits of promotion.

Step 2: Download info on the required Nevada Tax Forms (Important! You, as the exhibitor and seller, are required & liable to submit these to the State within 10 days of the show close.)

Step 3: You will receive an approval email from MJBizCon with additional information.

MJBizCon will promote your Show Storefront online, in the mobile app, and with signage in your booth letting our attendees and your customers know you are an approved vendor.

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY!

The sale, distribution, sampling and/or consumption of cannabis products (edible CBD, THC, Synthetic/Delta) are prohibited at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Nonedible CBD, such as topicals or oils, may be provided as free samples on the condition that the product has not been adulterated or misbranded in any way. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the show. No cannabis products may be sold as part of the Cash & Carry program at MJBizCon. Your prices may include sales tax.

Basically, be cool; don’t be that guy or gal that ruins it for everyone else!

I certify that the information provided above is accurate and I have read and agree to all the policies and procedures for selling at MJBizCon. I understand, acknowledge and agree that I cannot, and I will not, sell cannabis product (CBD, THC, Synthetic/Delta) at any point during the show Nov 28-Dec 1, 2023. I agree to complete and return a one-time sales tax return with payment to the Nevada Department of Taxation within 10 days of show close. The State of Nevada also has a list of vendors at the show, and you may be contacted or fined if you do not submit your tax forms in a timely fashion. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Emerald X, LLC, MJBizCon and any their respective partners, affiliates, officers and employees from any and all third-party claims arising from the sale or distribution of any goods and any violation of applicable law or regulation or the rules of MJBizCon. Failure to comply with and follow any of the above rules and regulations could also lead to your immediate removal from these premises without refund or re-admittance to the convention Center grounds.
