Coinciding with this milestone, Viridian’s CEO, Kara Bradford, is excited to announce the official launch of the Association of Cannabis HR Professionals (ACHRP). Building on her foundational work as both the originator and first chairwoman of the NCIA’s (National Cannabis Industry Association’s) Human Resources Committee, this non-profit aims to advance HR excellence in cannabis through networking, sharing best practices, and providing industry-specific resources. The ACHRP’s motto, “Growing People, Not Just Plants,” emphasizes our commitment to fostering growth in people and businesses across the cannabis industry.
