This modular, fully automated system combines cutting-edge CryoPasteurization® and AMAPS® Packaging technologies to process up to 160 pounds of cannabis flower per hour, delivering unmatched efficiency, flexibility, and product quality.
This groundbreaking system not only ensures compliance with stringent microbial safety standards but also introduces VIST Crop Year Protection™, enabling cannabis to maintain peak freshness and stability for over a year. The High-Output System offers cannabis producers numerous benefits, including rapid processing rates ranging from 30 to 160 pounds per hour, efficient and optimized storage capabilities, and the lowest cost per pound. VIST’s Crop Year Protection™ allows growers to maintain product stability and accuracy in label claims throughout the extended shelf life, preserving product integrity longer and avoiding devaluation caused by oversupply during the harvest season.
The VIST High Output System is powered by two of VIST’s most innovative technologies:

● CryoPasteurization®: A natural decontamination method that meets EU Pharmacopoeia 5.1.4 standards, ensuring compliance while preserving the quality, potency, and aroma of cannabis flower.
● AMAPS® Packaging System: An advanced packaging solution offering long-term protection through a proprietary modified atmosphere, delivering up to two years of shelf life.

The system’s modular design allows for seamless integration of advanced features, such as Terpene Infusion, which enhances the sensory profile of cannabis products, and Moisture Control, which maintains optimal humidity levels to preserve product integrity and prevent degradation.

Complementing this innovation is the launch of the industry’s first snap-apart high barrier pre-roll package. This revolutionary product features a multilayer semi-rigid tray with four formed cavities, each holding a pre-roll individually sealed with a high-barrier film that protects against oxygen, moisture, and aroma degradation. Inside the container, oxygen is replaced with a mix of natural gases that drastically slow the growth of yeast, mold, and bacteria.

The consumer-friendly design allows for each pre-roll to be individually opened without affecting the shelf life or quality of the remaining pre-rolls. The package works similarly to cheese stick packaging that consumers are familiar with.
