Ms. McDougal is an attorney and certified Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional. She founded CLEAResources, a corporate resource for compliance and ethics. She is Of Counsel with Ward & Berry in Washington DC and is a Director of the International Association of Independent Corporate Monitors. She also chairs the Ethics Committee of the NCBA.
Ms. McDougal served as a Special Assistant US Attorney and Air Force Judge Advocate. She graduated from Vanderbilt Law School and Johns Hopkins (Bachelor of Music, Flute). She is licensed in Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, and the District of Columbia. She is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court and US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
