Charlie is the co-founder and CEO of Cresco Labs, one of the leading vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis companies in the U.S. He has spearheaded Cresco’s organic growth and acquisition strategies to build one of the most strategic geographic footprints in the North American cannabis market. Charlie also oversaw the launch of Cresco’s Social Equity & Education Development (SEED) initiative in 2019, the cannabis industry’s first national comprehensive social equity initiative. He is a founding member of the Medical Cannabis Alliance of Illinois and the Cannabis Bar Association. As an adjunct professor at Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, Charles teaches sessions on legal and regulatory matters involving the cannabis industry.
