Bob is a health care regulatory and policy attorney with extensive experience in the still-developing cannabis industry and was appointed by the Governor of Illinois to act as the project coordinator for the State of Illinois Medical Cannabis Pilot Program. In addition to his work in the cannabis industry, Bob was elected to the Illinois House of Representatives in 2018 and has served as a member of the Obama for America National Health Policy Advisory Committee. With his immense experience as a health care lawyer, Bob previously served as general counsel for various entities such as the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Office of the Governor of the State of Illinois and the Affordable Care Act.
