Brooks has been part of Colorado’s the legal cannabis industry since 2009. His current role is founder and COO of Seed & Smith, a vertically integrated production, extraction, wholesale and retail cannabis company in Denver. Brooks’ primary role has been the design, build and implementation of production and extraction facilities. He is also one of the founders and principals of Kaya Cannabis (formerly Southwest Alternative Care), a vertically integrated production, wholesale and retail company in Colorado that provides both medical and retail cannabis.
