In his role with the cannabis-focused law firm, Charlie works with licensed marijuana companies on corporate legal matters and regulatory issues. In particular, he has assisted on multiple licensing applications in Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas. He serves as chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and has experience in a wide range of transactional matters. Before joining Denver-based Vicente Sederberg, Charlie was an associate with New York law firms Goodwin Procter, Morrison Cohen and Latham & Watkins.
