Dave is a reputation expert who also specializes in communications research. He has been a leading figure in all phases of both qualitative and quantitative projects across divisions at Montreal-based Leger, which has offices across Canada and in the United States. He launched Leger’s first Canadian Reputation Index 21 years ago and regularly comments on communication effectiveness, crisis management and measurement.
