Priyanka used her background in chemical and process engineering to design the manufacturing facility at Kazmira, an industrial-scale producer of THC-free CBD isolate and CBD oil from industrial hemp. She manages a team of engineers and scientists at a 200,000-square-foot facility in Watkins, Colorado. Prior to her role at Kazmira, Priyanka worked with Orochem Technologies to secure a grant from the National Science Foundation to develop a predictive model to understand chiral separations of orphan drugs. She maintains her role as an adjunct scientist at Orochem Technologies while managing Kazmira and mentoring post-doc and undergraduate students.
