Evan founded NisonCo, a public relations firm in the cannabis sector, and co-founded Whoopi & Maya, a line of woman-focused medical cannabis products. He is the youngest member of the Board of Directors of NORML and is working with NORML New Jersey to help advance legislation. Evan was instrumental in the passage of the New York 911 Good Samaritan Law, the New York MMJ law and a U.S. Conference of Mayors resolution calling for the legalization of marijuana.
