After putting her degree in health science and exercise to use in the traditional health-care environment in Australia, Fleta decided to try her hand in the medical cannabis sector as managing director at Little Green Pharma. The Perth-based firm’s medical cannabis facility has received European Union-Good Manufacturing Practice certification, and with distribution agreements across the globe, the company’s cannabinoid-focused medicines are being exported for patient use. Fleta’s previous experience in the medical sector includes establishing and scaling one of Australia’s largest providers of workplace health services.
