He represents clients in the medical marijuana industry with license acquisition, marijuana-related litigation, ongoing regulatory compliance and other business matters. Tom is a former GOP nominee for the Ohio Senate and was actively involved in getting Ohio’s attorney ethics rules changed so cannabis companies could have access to legal services.
