Jesce Horton

Jesce founded the Oregon cannabis cultivation company Panacea Valley Gardens in 2014 and co-founded the Panacea dispensary. In 2016, he began developing Saints Cannabis, a vertically integrated marijuana campus that, when it’s up and running in early 2019, will house retail, cultivation and processing operations as well as a cannabis lounge. Jesce was a co-founder of the Minority Cannabis Business Association, which has members in the United States and Canada, and numerous publications have recognized his contributions to the cannabis industry. Jesce has become a trusted source for city and state officials in Oregon, including his appointment by Gov. Kate Brown to the state’s Task Force for Cannabis Environmental Best Practices. Before entering the marijuana sector, Jesce worked nearly seven years at Siemens USA. He held various positions with Siemens, including finance, field service engineering and global strategy.
