Eric is an attorney and accountant who provides a broad array of legal services with a focus on corporate structure, private offerings, secured debt financing as well as tax-driven transactions. He has assisted companies through the arduous permitting and licensing process, represented clients in city council hearings and guided companies through the many pitfalls that besiege early-stage cannabis operations. Eric was the lead securities counsel for 18 private offerings in the cannabis space that have raised more than $200 million for clients that include early-stage companies to private equity firms. He has also assisted many companies through the rigors of financial and IRS audits to successful conclusions.
