Jeff has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Navy Capital since November 2018. In this role, he oversees legal, compliance and operational matters. Jeff brings more than a decade of experience as an attorney in the hedge and private equity fund industries with particular expertise in regulatory compliance, transactional matters and fund formation. Prior to joining Navy Capital, Jeff served as managing director and CCO for an emerging private equity fund manager and as Chief Legal Officer and CCO of a high yield debt hedge fund manager.
