Joe is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rogoway Law Group. Since 2004, he has dedicated his professional energies to cannabis policy reform and the representation of individuals and businesses in the cannabis industry. This path has taken Joe from Americans for Safe Access, through the Mendocino and Sonoma County Public Defenders offices, and on to private practice with the establishment of Rogoway Law Group in 2011. Today, Joe leads the practice, which is dedicated to assisting cannabis businesses with their corporate, compliance, licensing, IP and litigation needs. As an advocate, Joe has been a co-author and co-proponent of several California ballot initiatives to legalize cannabis and has worked with several municipalities on implementing sensible local cannabis regulations.
