John serves as the adviser to the Office of the Prime Minister for the Parliamentary Secretary for Reforms, Citizenship and Simplification of Administrative Processes. John has been entrusted to chair the national discussion on cannabis reform in Malta under the Office of the Prime Minister. Prior to his involvement in the cannabis industry, John Charles served as a senior police inspector and headed the Malta Police Forensic Science Laboratories.
