Jose Alberto leads the Mexican law firm’s Life Sciences practice and co-heads the International Trade and Customs division. In his role, he advises companies in health-related fields about the nuances of medical cannabis laws. Jose Alberto is skilled in laws pertaining to medicines and medical devices, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and tobacco products, among others. He also has represented Mexican and foreign clients in customs and international trade proceedings and litigation.
