Joseph is the founding partner of Helbraun Levey, a New York-based law firm focused on the hospitality industry. He leverages years of experience in liquor licensing to educate the hospitality industry on developments and projections for recreational cannabis. In addition to his work with Helbraun Levey, Joseph also serves on the Executive Board of the New York State Restaurant Association.
