Julian is highly experienced in drug policy design and implementation in Colombia, which is home to the vertically integrated medical cannabis company Clever Leaves. Julian oversees structuring and maintaining Clever Leaves’ strategies for and relationships with governments, regulators and communities. Before joining Clever Leaves, Julian served as director of drug policy for the Colombian Ministry of Justice and Law from 2011 to 2014.
