Karen serves as managing partner of Bernstein IP, a Manhattan-based IP law firm that counsels its clients on protecting their trademark, copyright and trade secrets in the legal cannabis industry. She also serves as chair of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Packaging and Labeling Committee. Prior to founding Bernstein IP, Karen headed an anti-counterfeiting enforcement program for well-known celebrity brands.
