Katie is the co-founder & CEO of Peak Extracts, a Portland, Oregon-based extraction company that specializes in strain-specific chocolates. In this role, Katie leverages her background of more than 10 years of laboratory science as well as extensive business and management experience. She is a certified licensed herbalist and acupuncturist who maintains an acupuncture and herbal medicine practice.
