Lisa is an attorney and partner at Thomas Pittman, a boutique law firm located in Austin, Texas. Lisa has extensive experience in hemp and cannabis regulation in multiple states, spending two years in the trenches in Colorado learning how to solve issues confronting the hemp and cannabis industries, as well as working on licensing and governmental relations in multiple states. She is one of the first attorneys in Texas to focus on the hemp and cannabis industries and filed the first lawsuit in the state on behalf of a cannabis entity. Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Lisa started a non-profit for professional working mothers to provide mentoring and business referral relationships.
