Shabnam co-founded California-based Brand & Branch LLP in 2015 to offer intellectual property legal services to the food and beverage, publishing, technology, retail and cannabis industries. She advises clients in various areas including domestic and international growth, strategic expansion, regulatory compliance and advertising law. Shabnam is the co-founder and president of the National Cannabis Bar Association launched the Bay Area Chapter of Women Grow.
