Peggy helped the founder of Love’s Oven develop the infused product company, then took over the reins in 2011. After tasting success in guiding the Denver-based firm to full compliance with FDA rules, she has since become passionate about discussing Colorado’s cannabis regulations with her peers, legislators, regulators and enforcement personnel. In 2014, Peggy secured one of Colorado’s first recreational business licenses for infused product manufacturers. Previously, Peggy spent 20-plus years at UnitedHealth Group as a claims and customer service manager and, later, director of operations.
