Narbé’s background as a venture capitalist explains his quick rise at this investment and strategic support platform for the global cannabis industry. In a little more than a year, he has ascended from Canopy Rivers’ vice president of business development to president to his current role. Before joining Canopy Rivers, Narbé was a senior associate at Omers Ventures, the VC arm of one of Canada’s largest pension funds. During his tenure, Narbé helped raise capital for two funds, sourced and led multiple debt/equity financings and acted as a board observer for several portfolio companies.
