Nicale is responsible for sourcing all packaging and hardware components for more than 150 products as the director of procurement at CannaCraft in Santa Rosa, California. Under Nicale’s leadership, the procurement department has adapted CannaCraft products to be compliant with ever-changing cannabis packaging requirements and built an inventory-tracking system to manage inventory levels across the company’s portfolio, which includes six brands, 13 applications and approximately 150 products. Prior to joining CannaCraft, Nicale ran an outdoor, organic cannabis farm in Sonoma County. Previously, he taught English in rural Japan.
