Nick has been a practicing tax attorney for almost 20 years. He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver, a former IRS trial attorney, a partner at Dill Dill Carr Stonbraker & Hutchings and tax counsel at Vicente Sederberg. Nick is also president of Global Cannabis Innovators, and he sits on the boards of the Cannabis Growth Opportunity, the Cannabis Certification Counsel and Solari. Nick is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado, and he represents cannabis companies throughout the United States.
