A food authority whose expertise includes accounting, compliance and operations, Rick helped found Incredibles and its parent company, Medically Correct, in Denver in 2010. He also is a founding partner in Ma Hua, a hemp oil company; Sproutwell, a gluten-free sprouted grains business; and Alien, a gluten-free beer company. Rick’s food-industry experience includes running Il Fornaio Bakery & Cafe, Udi’s bakery division and Chesapeake Bagel Bakery as well as creating and implementing programs such as quality control, food safety, defense and recall, and organic and kosher certifications.
