Shaman oversees the strategic direction for Gocanna. The Prince Edward Island company established an industry quality standard for the cannabis community and is developing the first business certification for cannabis hospitality and tourism operators committed to a safe and legal environment. Previously, Shaman worked in vegetated systems in the Canadian construction industry. He founded Atlantic Green Contractors, a living wall and green roof specialist in Atlantic Canada and served as the first estimator for Canada’s largest green roof contractor in Toronto. He is an accredited Green Roof Professional and a LEED Green Associate.
