A senior associate of Denver-based law firm Vicente Sederberg, Shawn advises hemp and marijuana companies in such areas as regulatory compliance, investments and intellectual property. As chair of VS’ Hemp and Cannabinoids Practice Group, she helps clients navigate state and federal laws as they pertain to CBD and industrial hemp, including the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Shawn is a member of the Hemp Industries Association’s Legislative Review Committee and the American Hemp Campaign Steering Committee.
