She currently serves as the CEO for Water and Trees, a cannabis focused consulting firm that assists companies in growth management, retail operations, and product development. Previously, Tanya helped build the first vertically integrated national cannabis franchise and built RegTech, software tied to FinTech and designed to onboard, monitor and validate cannabis bank accounts.
