Todd Hughes

Todd is a serial entrepreneur, community organizer and mechanical engineer. He currently serves as a Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy where he oversees all the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Applied Research, Development and Engineering Programs. Todd also focuses on facilitating entrepreneurship through his company, EntreVation, a business accelerator and consultancy firm in Washington, D.C. Todd’s work in advocacy has promoted reform and enabled minority equities in the cannabis industry. Todd also serves as a board member for the Minority Cannabis Business Association where he has assisted in executing multiple policy summits that resulted in model bills at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
