Retail Buyer Form

Approved retail buyers must possess an active Retail License (C9, C10, C12 with Retail) to be considered for a three-day complimentary Buyer expo-only pass.

• C10 License holders must have a Retail Store currently in operation.
• C9 License holders must have an active online retail platform for public purchasing.
• C12 Micro-Business License holders with Retail must have a store currently in operation or an active online retail platform for public purchasing.
• Licenses with the intention to “open soon” must provide a building permit for a store front and city approval.

Only applications with a valid license will be considered for attendance. Incomplete applications will be disregarded.
