Adam represents several Massachusetts cannabis businesses on corporate, licensing and regulatory matters as the managing partner of Vicente Sederberg’s Boston law office. He also served as a member of the drafting committee for the 2016 ballot initiative that legalized marijuana in the state. Prior to joining Vicente Sederberg, Adam spent several years as an attorney at a Boston law firm, where he focused on complex civil and criminal litigation, and also served as a trial attorney in Philadelphia.
