With a background spanning over 20 years of building businesses, Mr. Perkins has written white papers and op-eds for the industry and has spoken on stage in conferences, conventions. He currently sits as an advisor to the California Energy Alliance (CEA) for their DR Task team which works with the CEC to update Title 24 policy for 2022. He also is working with the Cleantech Energy Industry Roundtable and the CAEEC to help with the workforce development and utility public purpose funds (valued at over $12B). He has worked with and/or been recruited by some of the largest energy companies in the U.S. like Lockheed Martin Energy, ENERNOC, C-Power and GI Energy to acquire and aggregate Commercial and Industrial client’s energy needs.
