On behalf of the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA), Andrew leads public policy efforts in an attempt to prepare and protect the state-legal cannabis industry. Prior to his work with NCIA, Andrew served as President of the National Association of Cannabis Businesses (NACB). Andrew’s background in public policy, law enforcement, and coalition creation/management have allowed him to offer solutions to unique and complex domestic and global public policy issues.
