Brian’s focus at Asia Horizons Cannabis is on international investments, particularly the emerging marijuana sector in Asia. He also is a general partner in Arcview Ventures, the venture arm of The Arcview Group. Before entering the cannabis space, Brian founded Fresh VC – an early stage investment firm where he focused on frontier technologies – and served in a number of investing and government roles across the United States and China.
