Christy founded Merritt Strategies, a company focused on the funding and consultation of businesses that are not in the traditional banking space due to growth, industry or early-stage development. The goal of Merritt is to help businesses navigate the banking system and access funding to facilitate growth. Prior to this, Christy served as the senior vice president of a major bank and spent time in the broker-dealer channel to help facilitate complex commercial transactions.
