Elyse co-founded Better Baked, a medical and recreational infused products company, in 2010. Based in Colorado, Better Baked offers products that include edibles, infused flavored olive oils and a tincture. She oversees all areas of the business including finance, public relations, sales and product creation. Previously, Elyse spent more than 30 years in real estate development and sales and mortgage lending, creating transactions in excess of $50 million. She founded a small catering company in 2007.
