Lauren Gockley

Under Lauren’s guidance, the Denver-based company’s edibles have been honored by Hemp Connoisseur Magazine, the Cannabis Cup and Dope Magazine. She studied at Valrhona, the premium chocolate manufacturer in France,  then worked in a wide range of Paris pastry shops. After returning to the United States, she worked at Thomas Keller’s Per Se renowned French restaurant in New York City and has been honored by Dessert Professional magazine as one of the Top 10 Chocolatiers in North America.
