Kai-Friedrich founded the KFN+, a law firm in Paderborn, Germany, in 2014. He consults for companies seeking to enter the German cannabis market on issues from the nation’s regulatory framework to CBD products. He also is a member of the German Patient Roundtable. He served as a legal expert at the press center of the German Federal Diet, worked for the Berlin District Court, the Director of Public Prosecution in Berlin, the Office for the Protection of the Constitution and the Hong Kong Consulate General.
