Kevin is a partner in the Boston law office of Foley Hoag, where he primarily focuses on government investigations and regulatory matters. He is co-chair of the firm’s Cannabis, Energy & Cleantech group and State Attorney General group. Kevin helps clients in the cannabis industry navigate the regulatory process using proactive strategies. Previously, Kevin served as the Massachusetts deputy attorney general, supervising issues related to consumer enforcement, insurance, health care and energy.
