Lilach launched her Arizona-based, vertically integrated marijuana company in 2013. The company conducts both retail and wholesale cannabis sales through its 15,000-square-foot cultivation and extraction facility. Giving Tree’s consistent growth has spurred Lilach to expand to Puerto Rico and Israel in the near future. She also is a believer in giving back to the community: The Giving Tree staff has raised more than $90,000 for charities and donated many volunteer hours.
