Stephen’s varied career has concentrated on emerging and frontier markets with a particular focus on family office management, primarily in Russia and former Soviet states, the Middle East/North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. He currently puts 25 years of business experience to use at Tikun Olam USA, an international cannabis wellness brand. He graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
