He began his career founding Teens for the Arts, a nonprofit he built and managed, before moving into sales roles at Proof Management, Healthcare DME, and OE Learning, where he consistently drove revenue growth.
He entered the cannabis industry in 2016, scaling from a small home grow into professional operations. Vlasic has overseen the production of tens of thousands of plants, contributed to the sale of two METRC cultivation facilities, and generated more than $10 million in combined sales for Let’s Cheef and Perfect Harvest between 2021 and 2022.
Vlasic is the co-founder of Vlasic Labs, launched with his father just before the COVID-19 pandemic. The company has become a recognized name in plant-based wellness, producing high-quality, hemp-derived cannabinoid products designed to meet a range of consumer needs. Built on a commitment to quality, consistency, and affordability, Vlasic Labs continues a broader family legacy of innovation while expanding access to cannabinoid wellness solutions.
