The Ganjier Product Specialist is a cannabis product and connoisseurship online training program designed to provide advanced knowledge of today’s cannabis products, a proven framework for how to assess the quality of those products, and a detailed understanding of how to properly consume those products for maximum effectiveness and enjoyment.

The LUVTENDER Certification is a practical, high-impact course that teaches budtenders and sales teams how to increase basket size through customer discovery, suggestive selling, upsell/cross-sell, and grab-and-go merchandising, with a clear “career path” mindset.

This Certification Program helps professionals and emerging leaders strengthen their communication skills in high-stakes, public-facing, and regulated environments. Through hands-on instruction and real-world practice, participants will learn how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and compliance on behalf of themselves, their team, or their organization. Attendees will leave with refined messaging, frameworks for navigating difficult conversations, and techniques for confident delivery and audience engagement.

The PBC Level I Certificate provides a foundational understanding of cannabis banking and compliance and serves as the prerequisite for the Level II Certificate and the prestigious PBC Certified Professional designation. Ideal for bankers new to cannabis, experienced professionals seeking certification, and compliance experts entering the cannabis banking ecosystem, this course is the essential starting point for advancing in PBC Certification.

The Dr. Greenhouse Climate Control Workshop is a hands-on educational session designed to help growers better understand and optimize their cultivation environments. Attendees will learn how climate, lighting, and irrigation systems work together, why grow rooms can behave differently, and how to troubleshoot common environmental challenges using real-world examples and practical strategies. The workshop will also explore how to maximize existing equipment and determine when upgrades make sense.

Participants will receive worksheets, note handouts, and a laminated VPD chart, while two attendees will win a complimentary 30-minute Climate Review consultation. All attendees will also be invited to participate in an exclusive “Ask Dr. Nadia” Office Hours group session in early 2027.

The PBC Level II Certificate dives into the complexities and day-to-day operations of cannabis banking and compliance, building on the foundation established in Level I. Designed for cannabis bankers, compliance professionals, and attorneys in the field, this scenario-based course uses real-world insights to simulate the role of a cannabis banker. Prerequisite: PBC Level I Certificate. 

This focused Certificaton Program introduces the fundamentals of intentional communication for workplace and public-facing settings. Participants will learn practical strategies for organizing their message, communicating with clarity, and speaking with confidence in environments where professionalism, compliance, and trust matter. Designed for immediate application, this session provides a strong foundation without the time commitment of a full intensive. Participants will leave with communication frameworks, messaging tools, and confidence-building techniques they can apply right away.

Attendees will also earn two Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and receive a verified PD certificate upon completion.
