Parisa mansouri-rad

Executive Cannabis Consultant at IMAIMA Financial & Blunt Brunch

Parisa Rad, widely known as “Marijuana Momma,” is the co-founder of Blunt Brunch a national event series and women’s empowerment platform redefining how women connect, collaborate, and lead in the cannabis industry. Born from a deep desire to create the kind of community she wished existed when she entered the space over a decade ago, Blunt Brunch has grown into a powerful national network for women at every stage of their journey.

Parisa’s advocacy began at home, when her daughter developed a rare and life-threatening condition following spinal surgery. In her search for relief, Parisa turned to medicinal cannabis and what began as a mother’s mission to ease her child’s suffering evolved into a lifelong commitment to plant medicine, education, and breaking stigmas around alternative healing.

As an experienced marketing consultant, Parisa has helped cannabis brands grow with purpose, authenticity, and impact. Her strategic insight has supported licensing and brokerage deals across multiple states, and her talent for storytelling continues to elevate women-owned businesses and emerging founders in the space.

Today, Parisa expands her leadership even further as an Executive Consultant with IMA, bringing her insurance background directly into the cannabis industry. In this role, she bridges risk management, compliance, and industry-specific needs helping cannabis operators, brands, and executives access smarter, more secure pathways to scale.

Outside of her professional world, Parisa is a full-time caregiver and foster mom for individuals with disabilities living proof that you can lead with heart, build with intention, and still be soft and savage at the same time.

Whether she’s hosting a sold-out event or holding it down at home, Parisa continues to make waves — one bold move at a time.
