Emily Heintz is the Founder and CEO of Sèchey, a national retail and digital platform curating premium alcohol-free, functional, and hemp-derived beverages for the modern, “alcohol-flexible” consumer. A leading voice in the sober-curious and alternative adult beverage movement, Emily has built Sèchey into a trusted discovery engine for a rapidly converging category spanning non-alcoholic and cannabis-adjacent formats.

Under her leadership, Sèchey has generated more than $5M in revenue, achieved industry-leading retail conversion rates, and launched national retail programs with major partners including Target. The company’s flagship Charleston location has become a destination for both consumers and brands seeking real-time insight into emerging beverage trends and shopper behavior.

Emily is widely recognized for her work redefining social drinking culture through “alcohol flexibility” — encouraging consumers to drink more intentionally without sacrificing experience or ritual. She is an active industry advocate and speaker on retail innovation, category development, and the future of adult beverages, with recent appearances at WSWA Access Live and the CannaBev Summit.

She is currently leading the evolution of Sèchey into a broader multi-brand platform, designed to bring together leading alcohol-free, functional, and THC beverage brands under shared infrastructure and distribution to accelerate category growth.
